What information does the service handle?
Our privacy policy describes account information, browser and usage data, purchase-related information and content you submit. It also describes service-provider access, legal disclosures and security measures.
Do not treat a chat as end-to-end encrypted or accessible only to you unless a specific feature explicitly says so. The published policy does not make that guarantee.
Separate a private conversation from a public character
Review the companion's visibility before publishing. A public character's personality text can be readable on its card, and cloning can expose the physical traits included in that character.
A fictional biography is a better choice than a real address, phone number, workplace or personal account history.
A few practical account checks
- Use a password you do not reuse elsewhere and protect your sign-in provider.
- Check the address before entering credentials or payment information.
- Sign out on shared devices and consider what browser history or a home-screen shortcut reveals.
- Share receipts and account details through private support, not public community posts.
- Review the content and file permissions of any third-party tool before using it.
Report a specific concern
Send support the relevant character or conversation link, a description of the issue and the approximate time. Omit unrelated private messages and hide credentials in screenshots.
For a data-removal request, use the account deletion steps and identify which account you mean.
