Check what you want to remove
Deleting a conversation, removing a companion and deleting your account are different requests. State which one you mean so the wrong material is not removed.
If you only want to put a conversation aside, review its archive controls first. Do not use Reset or Delete as a way to hide a chat you intend to continue.
Review billing before permanent deletion
Check the subscription's renewal status and keep the latest receipt or transaction reference. Ask support to clarify any outstanding billing issue before you lose access to account details.
Do not assume that removing a home-screen shortcut, clearing browser data or signing out cancels recurring billing.
Send a clear private request
- Email support@nectar.ai or open a private support ticket in our Discord.
- Identify the account by its registered email or username.
- State that you are requesting account deletion, not only removal of one conversation.
- Ask for confirmation and follow any verification instructions through the private support channel.
Do not send passwords or payment secrets
Support needs enough information to identify the account, not your password or full card number. Redact unrelated personal information in screenshots and keep the ticket reference for follow-up.
